SIMON POh - chief instructor
Simon Poh is the chief instructor and owner of 'js Fitness Image' located at Old Klang road in Kuala Lumpar.
Simon is a career body builder who has decades of experience in fitness and fitness nutrition. He is also one of the few official Wieder certified distributers in Malaysia. Wieder being the industry leading nuitrition company who supplied suppliments to such great athletes as former body builder and hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger.
During Simon's career as a body builder he won an amazing 8 championships!
Therefore when being instructed by Simon you can be assured you are getting the championship training you deserve.
